POSITION:Case Integrative Health is hiring a part-time or full-time MD / DO to help support the significant growth in our Chicago clinic. CIH is a multi-specialty practice designed to let Integrative MD / DOs practice as they deem necessary - allowing them to treat patients with complex chronic conditions.ABOUT CASE INTEGRATIVE HEALTH:Dr. Casey Kelley founded Case Integrative Health in 2019 after 10 years of working at other integrative practices. From the beginning, CIH has focused on four key principles:First, create a true patient-centered approach. We believe that every interaction contributes to healing and have built a culture where all team-members strive to care for patients.Second, build a smartly innovative clinic that is always searching for the newest and best of evidence-based medicine to patients.Third, engender genuine respect for all who walk through our doors. Patients deserve a space where they feel heard and supported.Finally, we ask every team member to bring passion to their work – reinforcing and amplifying our other values.The CIH approach has struck a chord with patients struggling to navigate today’s medical climate. The practice is cash-based, but has been full since its inception, growing aggressively through the COVID pandemic and beyond. Now we are looking to expand our medical capacity and perspective with another provider. Previous Integrative / Functional Medicine experience is beneficial, but not required. CIH is built with strong educational component in mind, so if you have a passion for this style of medicine and are looking for a way into the field, this may be it.REQUIREMENTS:

Must have / obtain an Illinois medical license in the first month of hire.
Possess an unrestricted DEA license and have a clean record and history.
Board certified in your field with at least 1-3 years of clinical experience.
Comfort with ambiguous, challenging medical cases.
Must possess outstanding communication skills, and excellent medical judgment.
Self-directed, compassionate, flexible, and personable with all individuals.
Integrative Medicine fellowship is a bonus, but not required.
