Responsibilities

Conduct hormone and weight loss consultations
Review labs and perform patient assessments
Develop personalized treatment plans
Educate patients on hormones, metabolism, peptides, and longevity
Convert consultations into treatment programs
Collaborate with Medical Directors and clinic team
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

Active Texas NP or PA license
2–3+ years of clinical experience (primary care, wellness, hormones, med spa, or functional medicine preferred)
Interest or experience in:
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Weight loss medicine
- Peptide therapy and supplements
Strong communication and patient education skills
EMR/EHR proficiency
High attention to detail and patient safety

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish)
Experience in wellness or preventative medicine
