As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become part of the next generation of sales leaders at Labrix. You will serve as the central point of contact for the customer across opportunities, closing deals and managing customer relationships in your respective territory. You will work directly with customers and your implementation partners to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas - closing new business, as well as managing and growing Labrix existing book of business. You will be expected to utilize modern selling and marketing techniques and tools to communicate effectively with key business decision makers.Primary Responsibilities• Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure long-term customer success with Labrix tests• Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic team environment with Sales staff, Marketing Department, Customer Service Team, Fulfillment, Billing and Clinical Staff, to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle• Present action plans and results to management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives• Attend marketing events that include conferences and trade shows as requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements• 4-year degree and/or applicable experience• 2+ years sales experience. Specific experience with medical sales, integrative medicine and/or B2B sales is a bonus• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills• Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations• Ability to identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, nurture the opportunity to close, engage channel partners as needed and manage the customer relationship through success• General knowledge and passion for integrative medicine and health, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); SalesForce CRM or other CRM experience is a bonus• Ability to comfortably use social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Labrix customers• Must be able to legally live and work in the United States, without visa support or sponsorship• Medical and/or science education or experience a plus• Ability to manage confidential and/or proprietary information, including HIPAA and PHIWorking ConditionsWorking conditions are usual for an office cube environment· Position requires some lifting (up to 30 lbs.), sitting or standing for long periods of time, extensive use of a computer, use of phone· Valid driver's license is requiredPersonal automobile available for business use (mileage is reimbursed)· Non-disclosure of confidential and/or proprietary information, non-solicitation of clients and/or potential clients, and non-solicitation of employees or contractors· Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work approximately 1 to 4 times per quarter or less.· Hours: 40 hours per week, 8AM to 5PM· Status: ExemptCompensation:· Competitive base salary with an additional generous performance-based commission· Benefits: Benefits package may include, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K/Roth participation, PTO and Sick TimePosition Start Date: Open ImmediatelyTo be considered please respond to : jobs@labrix.com with your cover letter and resume.
