We identify risk earlier, bring clarity to symptoms and biomarker trends, and deliver personalized preventive care that supports long term vitality and quality of life.What You’ll DoAs a core member of the provider team, you will:

Conduct comprehensive telehealth visits including detailed intakes, risk factor assessments, wellness check ins, and longitudinal follow ups.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostics including metabolic and hormone panels, micronutrient testing, inflammatory markers, cardiovascular risk labs, specialty testing, and imaging when appropriate.
Translate results into individualized, evidence based care plans that support hormone balance, metabolic health, bone density, cardiovascular protection, fertility when relevant, dermal health, and long term quality of life.
Provide education and coaching on nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, supplementation, and behavioral modification to support preventive and longevity centered care.
Monitor biomarker trends and adjust care plans as goals, life stages, and data evolve.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners (e.g. nutritionists, mental health professionals, health coaches, exercise physiologists, and functional medicine specialists) to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of clinical workflows, protocols, and educational materials for female-specific longevity medicine.
Participate in case reviews, quality improvement, and continuous enhancement of member experience.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state licensure, telehealth regulations, and privacy standards.
Stay current on research in longevity science, women’s hormonal health, metabolic medicine, preventive care, and biomarker science.

Are passionate about preventive, data driven care for women and want to help build a modern longevity medicine model.
Hold active NP licensure with prescribing privileges or collaborative agreement in one or more preferred states.
Bring two to four years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB GYN, Endocrinology, Preventive Medicine, Rheumatology, or a related field.
Have demonstrated competence in ordering and interpreting metabolic, hormonal, and micronutrient diagnostics.
Are comfortable working within clinical guidelines while contributing to ongoing improvement of standards and workflows.
Communicate clearly, build rapport easily, and value long-term therapeutic relationships.
Enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and feel at home in a flexible, startup-like environment where egos are checked at the door.
Stay current on emerging literature in longevity, hormone therapy, metabolic health, women’s health, and preventive medicine.
Bonus: experience or certification in integrative or functional medicine, nutrition, health coaching, or care for women across reproductive through post menopausal stages.
