The London Integrative Mental Health Clinic (IMH) is an exciting new and unique clinic based in London, but also available remotely, which provides functional medicine psychiatry and integrative mental health to those suffering from mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, burnout and exhaustion, poor attention and concentration, and poor memory.We are looking for a dynamic and skilled health coach/nutritionist who is passionate about accompanying patients on their healing journey, to regain their mental and physical health by following integrative lifestyle habits, and evidence-based biochemical and psychological therapies based.You will work with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) consisting of a functional medicine trained psychiatrist, a functional medicine trained GP, a psychotherapist, and a functional medicine nutritionist.The main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:Job Description

Patient administration and management
- Field intake calls from prospective patients
- Booking and patient administration
- Prepare treatment rooms for appointments if required
- Support patients to fill in their intake questionnaires and gather their medical history
- Assist CQC Registered Manager with daily tasks
- Help with the EMR system (Electronic Medical Records) -- populate and organise data and files as required
- Help organise, facilitate and carry out patient lab tests as necessary
- Help organise and ensure that patients get, and take, their supplements
- Make sure patients are going to their appointments with other practitioners (MDs, therapists, nutritionist etc.) and coordinate communication with other members of the MDT
- Facilitate and organise the administration of the patient treatment plan
Patient support, coaching and education
- Work with patients on a weekly basis helping them implement their treatment plan devised by the MDT
- Work with patients on their diet, nutritional habits and deficiencies
- Help patients with the provision of healthy food, either through cooking, delivery services, or other
- Coach and educate patients on lifestyle habits and help implement lifestyle and healing programmes as necessary: Stress Management, Sleep, Exercise, Cooking/Nutrition
Patient coordination with MDT
- Consult with MDT about patients’ nutritional and lifestyle needs
- Consult with MDT about lab tests, treatment plan and implementation
- Keep the medical director and other members of the MDT appraised of patient progress
- Work as part of a co-ordinated patient focused team stepping up to help wherever needed in the smooth running of the clinic
Patient monitoring and research
- Monitor patient progress and consult with other members of the MDT
- Help gather patient outcomes using agreed rating scales

Qualifications and Skills

Health coach degree from the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM)
Nutritionist degree or diploma from a recognised UK or US institution
Strong administrative and organisation skills
