Functional Medicine Physician (MD/DO) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Telehealth – Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss & Peptides
Full-Time or Part-Time | 1099 Contractor (W-2 Path Available) | Compensation: $35–$50 per visit, based on experience
eūvita Medical Group is a 50-state telehealth practice built around one idea: find the root cause, optimize the biomarkers, and build each protocol on evidence rather than convention. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide therapy, and we’re adding experienced Physicians (MD/DO) and Nurse Practitioners to our national clinical team.
This is a remote contractor role (1099), available part-time or full-time, with a defined path to W-2 employment.

What you’ll do
- See patients nationwide by video, with async follow-up, for HRT, weight loss, and peptide protocols
- Review advanced lab panels, interpret biomarkers, and build individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage therapies including bioidentical hormones, GLP-1s, and peptides
- Manage your ongoing panel: titration, lab monitoring, and patient messaging
- Work directly with our medical director on protocols, and help set the clinical standards as we grow

Must-haves (please apply only if you meet all four)
- Active, unrestricted licenses (MD/DO or NP) in 30 or more U.S. states
- Active DEA registration
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in HRT, medical weight loss, and/or peptide therapy
- Board certification (physicians: board-certified MD/DO; NPs: FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
Strong plus
- Functional or integrative medicine training (IFM, A4M, or similar)
- High-volume telehealth experience
- Experience with compounded medications and peptide protocols
