We are seeking an experienced, patient-centered physician to join our growing team. This is a 4-day-per-week, in-office position within a hybrid membership and insurance-based model designed to support deeper patient engagement and better outcomes.

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Outstanding communication skills and a highly patient-centered approach
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to manage both preventive and chronic disease care
- Medicare participation or eligibility
Preferred
- Training or certification in Integrative Medicine and/or Functional Medicine
- Interest in precision medicine, genomics, longevity medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing
- Desire to continually learn and incorporate emerging evidence-based approaches into patient care
